A high-conflict divorce affects more than just the couple—it can fracture entire families. Prolonged stress from contentious separations increases the risk of depression and anxiety in adults by up to 30%. Children, meanwhile, are 2–3 times more likely to develop emotional or behavioural problems compared to those from low-conflict divorces. Sides are taken, support systems break down, and healing becomes harder for everyone.

In Ireland, contentious divorces can be especially drawn out and emotionally draining, often taking 3 to 5 years to fully resolve due to court backlogs and legal complexities. In Ireland, the financial ramifications of a contentious divorce can be substantial. Legal expenses for such divorces typically range from €10,000 to €20,000 per party, depending on the complexity of the case. This prolonged process increases financial strain and emotional fatigue for families, with legal fees frequently exceeding €40,000 in high-conflict cases. Children caught in the middle may face years of uncertainty and instability, compounding the emotional toll. The lack of streamlined conflict resolution contributes to ongoing stress, fractured relationships, and delayed healing for everyone involved.

    SERVICESHow It Works

    Our Committment
We believe in a mindful approach to divorce that minimizes conflict, heals wounds, and lays the groundwork for a positive future. Every family is unique, and our empathetic team is here to guide you through each stage with respect, patience, and understanding
    STEP ONE
    Psychotherapy
Divorce can be painful, but healing begins with the opportunity to process emotions in a safe space. Guided by licensed psychotherapists, both parties work individually and together to release hurt and find clarity on their separate paths.
    STEP TWO
    Collaborative Mediation
With emotional groundwork established, our trained mediators and legal experts help facilitate respectful negotiations around assets, finances, and co-parenting. The goal is an outcome that works for everyone
    STEP THREE
    Future Planning
Moving forward doesn’t end with the divorce. We help families build frameworks for future cooperation, including co-parenting plans, life coaching, and ongoing support resources.
The courts of this country should not be the places where resolution of disputes begins. They should be the places where the disputes end after alternative methods of resolving disputes have been considered and tried.
